I recently booked a premium health check and fitness plan as I saw it advertised locally. The check up was detailed and covered a range of heart checks including an ECG, cholesterol, lifestyle review and also lung capacity, strength check and weight/body fat analysis. Paul was very professional and friendly and excellent communication both before the check up and after. It was reassuring to have the checks done and to see areas that I needed to work on. Paul has a lot of experience in working with heart and rehabilitation fitness programs. I have several health conditions including long covid and high blood pressure and my plan was drawn up around these. Paul was also able to provide a vegan diet plan for me and exercises I could do at home. I felt the review was good value and covered a lot of areas, it does make you look at your health and fitness in more detail. I would recommend virtual fitness and the lifestyle checks.
